The Northeast Colorado Health Department and Learn Healthy Northeast Coalition are proud to host a Conversation with Chef Ann Cooper on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 10 a.m. to noon at Morgan Community College Founders Room, 920 Barlow Road, Fort Morgan, CO. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served.
While attending the Conversation with Chef Ann event, you will be actively engaged in a robust conversation on childhood nutrition and the importance of a healthy school lunch room. This conversation can help you advocate for healthier nutrition for school aged children.
Chef Ann Cooper is a celebrated author, chef, educator and enduring advocate for better food for all children. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Ann has been a chef for more than 30 years, over 15 of those in school food programs. In 2009, Ann founded the nonprofit, Chef Ann Foundation, to focus on solutions to the school food crisis.
