- Live in one of the six counties in northeast Colorado, including Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma counties.
- Meet the financial guidelines listed below: (Medicaid participants qualify)

One pregnant woman is a household of two. For over 8 household members, call your local WIC clinic.
