The Nurse-Family Partnership program of the National Center for children, Families, and Communities (NCCFC) is a voluntary program being administered by the Northeast Colorado Health Department. the program uses a national model that improves the health and social functioning of low-income, first-time mothers and their babies. Public health nurses work with families from pregnancy until the child's second birthday.
