National Take-Back Initiative: Beginning this month the Drug Enforcement Administration is working with local law enforcement and other agencies to help the public safely dispose of unwanted or unsused pharmaceutical controlled substances and other medications. For more information on the project, and to find a disposal location near you, visit www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/takeback. The current sites in northeast Colorado are located in Fort Morgan, Yuma, Brush and Julesburg.
