The Northeast Colorado Health Department has 2 full-time position openings for a Community Health Nurse. Candidates must have a current Colorado RN license. Community health nursing includes, but is not limited to, immunizations, child health, maternal health, Nurse Home Visitation, family planning, communicable disease screening and case management. Salary DOE and qualifications and includes excellent benefits. One position will be based in Sterling (negotiable), one will be based in Fort Morgan (non-negotiable). Travel is required.
