The Programs and Health Services offered at NCHD help promote the health and well-being of Northeast Colorado residents. Many of our services are integrated to form a comprehensive approach to public health through the sharing of internal and external resources.

What that means to you is if you're a client in one of our programs, such as WIC, we're going to help ensure you have access to other health needs as well, such as immunizations, family planning consultation, or access to early childhood development screenings. We also refer clients to outside resources when needed.

Support and guidance is emphasized in prevention, health risk reduction and early detection.
